Your 3 Day Workout to Burn Fat - Lose Weight in 3 Days!

If you are looking to lose weight, then hopefully you should know by now that the only reliable way to do it is through reduced calorie intake and increased exercise. There is no secret to getting slim, but if you create yourself a 3 day workout plan, stick to it and repeat it every 3 days before long you won't believe how much weight you've lost.

First of all, write down a list of exercise activities you enjoy doing. Don't worry about narrowing it down yet, they could be broad like dancing or specific like swimming lengths.
Now once you've got your list, pick your top three favourite activities to do. This is going to be your three day plan, so put some thought into this stage.
Now make up a three day plan with each of the activities on one of the days. Once you have your plan, make sure you stick to it and repeat it.
The reason for creating a three day plan is to keep things varied. If you do only one activity it's easy to get bored. You will also hopefully exercise different areas of your body with each exercise. The other great benefit is that you enjoy doing all the things on the list, do it shouldn't feel like such a chore to exercise regularly.
